Does anyone have any info about Landmark employees? There are a lot of rumors going around and we are all starting to panic.

I did recon on what positions they're hiring for, because why would they hire if they're letting those positions go? I don't have my sheet with me right now, but from what I remember all field facing were pretty much fine. NP for sure are golden, and they have NCM, SW and BHCM positions posted for hiring. However, a lot of the NCM roles were now 75% field based. I have not found BHC roles hiring, but the BHCM roles say consult with BHC weekly. A lot of the supportive staff positions I found, but they are called something different under optum, and it looked like they would be part of a broader job role. For instance, CHA role was a sales position that may call for other entities of optum as well. OM's, ambassador's and CC's were the same, they were called something else and used for broader optum needs not just landmark. So it appears they may have those positions for that area and they may not. Just because they're hiring for NCM, SW and BHCM though doesn't mean they won't want to downsize the areas to a skeleton cre. However, it may be where as people leave they won't rehire vs laying off. I think there's too many middle managers currently from the model. Just my thoughts.

I was one of the casualties of the layoffs last week. It was handled very poorly and unprofessionally across the board. They are offering “re-deployment” services but I’m not sure I still want to continue to work for a company of such low moral and ethical standards. Needless to say, my options are open.

Entire Dietitian team eliminated and had the audacity to say the positions no longer fit their model announced at IDT meeting by the creepy narcissistic VP's who think they are so important barely know what anybody does. Remaining staff are now having to pick up the work. What a pathetic company!!! Consider yourself lucky if you get a chance
to leave this horrible place!

Just got word that Optum Home & Community/Landmark executed a mass layoff of their Delta Team, Telephonic Engagement Specialists & Provider Engagement Specialists across all of their markets. There may be more positions that I am not aware of.
