I’m seeing lots of information saying companies are quitting Gen X and millennials.

@2jxw+1vrWzn1l similar transition in the '60s through the '80s as Boomers entered the workforce and the Greatest Generation began to exit, though a higher percentage of the latter were offered incentivized retirements and they had pensions
It's just about dollars man. They've been in the workforce longer, have more experience and skills, and demand higher wages. Dell doesn't want to pay workers wages so c-suite can buy more yachts.
It's interesting how people have been systematicly turned against one other based on age/birth year. It eliminates connectedness, empathy and makes it easy for people to become hateful against those they have never met based on stereotypes. It's not helpful for the regular 9-5 worker.
rather than bash them, try exercising compassion and understanding The promise boomers held was squandered as then fell in line with the system
Nobody wants to hire gen z. They're all snowflakes
Get rid of Gen X and Millennials? One of the main reasons for RTO is to “guide” Gen Z. Apparently, y’all can’t compose an email, lack business common sense and need a safe place every time someone criticizes them. Businesses need us, we know how to get cr-p done without having our feelings hurt.
Gen-X the generation that gets things done. Yea they’ll drop them.
god i hope so... sick off all the whining..
and yeah if this bothers you quit whining
What does that even mean?
