They are not interested in their jobs, they are doing unethical things like showing homes and filling real estate forms during day time. Their managers are aware of it, they get some commission. Those managers should be laid off too. Highly toxic envt in Q. Meetings after meetings, without any progress.

I agree with OP, there is a corruption, managers give high rating to realtors for the commission they receive. It should stop. VP and Directors: please Send both home in the next layoffs if it is too late this time.
Do you have list to share to HR? Along with their manager? Also mention that you work ethically without having having any side activities such as spending hours pulling chairs, backstabbing your teammates, no stock investment, no bill payment etc all activities during Qcom hours for which Qcom is not paying you.
