Oh really I didn't realize I got worse than standard.
Best part is my manager has changed 4 times in 12 months, so thats great someone that doesn't even know what I am doing is giving the paycut. #FISVPROUD!
Unfortunately, Fiserv, like most large companies, recognizes 2% as a win for you. And I'm speaking to you, TOP PERFORMER.
If you got 2.5%, your boss gave your money that they thought deserved it. Your raise is based on your value compared to the other people on the team. Sorry to break the news to you but you need to be better.
Let me set the record straight about OFD since there’s misleading negative comments. The real OFD precedes Frank and his crew in NY/NJ. The real OFD is Atlanta, Omaha, Hagerstown, and a few other locations. I’m part of that. We got f* when Frank showed up in 2013 and ever since. So direct the OFD anger towards NY like we do. And by the way, since Frank arrived we’ve been managing to 2% raises. No one in the locations I listed above getting a bigger share than OFS locations. NY, however…
I got under 3 as well.. 2.65.. Not my bosses fault told her after the last few years I would prefer working at walmart.
"at market" = whatever Fiserv decides to pay.
All other companies are paying above market wages, only Fiserv pays market rate.
