Rumors on Reddit that coach pay increasing.

Store managers use to make as much in bonuses as their salary . They deserve more always.
Store managers didn't need a raise. They can easily live very comfortably on the old pay scale. Some come and go as they please and are seldom seen in the store. As far as Coaches, this across the board nonsense has hurt the company. A Coach in a low volume store is making the same thing that a Coach in a high volume store makes. Why throw yourself to the wolves and work in a high volume store? The Team Lead position has been another joke and waste of money. We're under some misguided idea that higher pay equals better job performance. It doesn't work. As far as inflation, the hourly associates are suffering the most.
Lets not forget ran away inflation. Does increase include cost of living ? Walmart is always robbing Peter to pay Paul. As long as there is high prices always walmart can get away with it.
Really not a raise for some coaches. Just higher starting rate to give TLs more of an incentive to move up. Before with OT it didn’t make sense for some.

@2ixx+1qCbgOVZ Are they keeping the bonus structure (MIP) AND the raise or taking away the bonuses and replacing them with the raise? Any idea when the raise is going to hit?

@1tub+1qCbgOVZ How much is the increase, when, and how do you know for sure? Did your SM tell you this?
Store managers were on a call today, looks like that’s confirmed
