ADP is such a great place to work! It is so wonderful to be able to work at THE industry Leader! I'm so grateful for a place that gives so much to everyone! Most new "leaders" are coming straight out / from of INDIA!
They are completely unaware of the cultural dynamics and their management style does NOT correlate well with American workers. End result is that they resort to bullying tactics and run their organization in similar tactics as offshore call centers (AKA slave labor!)
Everyone on the street looking for jobs know what a cr---y place of employment ADP has sadly become. I have since retired and thankful I no longer work at this sweat shop. I was there over 35 years and all but the last few were great, which was why I made my decision to retire. When I started working for ADP years ago it had the same reputation, which they turned around, and they could never find anyone to come work for them. If someone does start here, it never lasts longer than a couple years, if that, when they realize how lousy they are treated, even with all of ADP's benefits.

NEXTGEN has been a decade in the making and still not seen the light of day. It's OLD-gen now and is vaporware.

The stock price fills only the "leadership" pocket. The little guys get nothing. The only way they can maintain that price is by cost-cutting which means more layoffs. Margins are decreasing and sales will decrease too. #truth

ADP is no longer an industry leader. Products are antiquated and the promise of innovation never came to fruition with the joke that is called NextGEN. Those who believe ADP is an industry leader need to look at their competitors to see what innovation truly looks like.
