Our managers and leaders are bumbling imbeciles. They are the rejects that couldn’t hack it at more prestigious or well known companies. In fact those companies went out of their way to get rid of them. Most don’t know how to properly manage or lead. Most didn’t get educated or training in such disciplines. But they think they are hot sh-t. So yes this article is accurate. They fall into basic business pitfalls and traps because they don’t know any better.
