Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Kelly says "Sit Down and Shut Up"

"Quit your bi--hin'"

There is a culture change coming, but not the one you wanted.

They don't want to solve any problems, he'll they don't even want to hear about them.

If we don't talk about problems, we don't have to deal with them.

He said we need to purge Boeing of the negativity. So if you point out a problem, pack your bags.

Sitting down and shutting up would long ways to improve the company. That's what DEI teaches you not to do and that's been a disaster.

Lol- yea. Thats the point. “Sit down up shut and do only what your told!” Lead like trash don’t be surprised when you produce trash!

Management and executives are hands down 100% of the problems. Hired id--ts that are so ignorant they couldn’t ask the right questions if they wanted and pass errors and flaws through production to ramp up profits quickly. Good luck Kelly! I heard Calhoun purchased 50,000 shares of stock this month!! LoL. Thats funny because congress is selling their Boeing stock….. Im thinking Kelly can’t seem to grasp exactly what he is doing. If Boeing can’t afford 1 more mistake, then he is in for a rude awakening because he is gearing up for many more especially since his corrupt leadership just laidoff the “knowledge base”.

Such a poor outcome for what was an amazing company……

Kelly I will give you the benefit of the doubt but not for long. I can already tell you are listening to the wrong people. Don't be a puppet or this won't work out. Sorry.

The boeing playbook is to outsource everything they can, which means most of the white collar jobs will be sent overseas to some Third World country with the design center.

They had design centers in Ukraine in Moscow with over 3000 employees and I’m sure they’re trying to set up something similar somewhere else.

Aviation is just a bad career and Boeing is a bad employer. I seriously think they’re going to struggle to attract any people in the USA to work in that industry for Boeing given how they’ve constantly had layoffs. It’s obvious they do not care about the employee.

My on my how Boeing has changed since when I started with this company over 35 years ago. I hardly recognize it anymore.
I still like my job even though I am overly constrained by Management, poor Leads, lazy coworkers in preforming the best I can, due to politics, turf wars and roadblocks thrown up at every turn.

I am beginning to ask myself why bother.
