Bigger prob is Jan layoffs are coming and will be much bigger than what we just saw. Confirmed at VP levels they are planning. Sounds like 10% cut

Management is trying to think of ways to present near nil salary adjustments palatable to the masses while they give themselves nice bumps.
For some reason ar24 is taking so long... and all managers talking about ar24 is exhaustive.. sth is odd
10% would be too low. We need at least 20% to clean house. Too many teams with no real projects creating fake efficiency initiatives.
Principal with a rating of 3-5 is getting 150k-250k in RSUs not sure what are you complaining about
I can confirm the merit/stock/bonus is accurate, no info on Jan other than rumors.
