The company doesn't want to hear the truth

I don't remember that they ever made even the smallest attempt to fix some of the things that people were brutally honest about in the surveys.

What then is their purpose? Most of us think that GF doesn't want to hear the truth, so why waste time on surveys?

Rate everything on her performance low but don't put any comments. Glofo really do put lowly rated manager on PiPs as a justification to remove them or even fire them. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

Glad you have a great manager. My manager demands we all have the survey done early and she indirectly let us know there will be consequences if we rate her low.

My manager was and has always been honest and fair when he tells me and my coworkers things he has been told to cascade from SLT. He said this survey is 100% being used to target dead beat managers.
So if we want him gone, feel free to put negative comments. Although he has been the best manager I have had in my 6 years here. He is one of the few that actually gives a cr-p about the team and will help out any chance he can.
Be honest and be relentless on the comments. What is the worst they are going to do fire you?
Obviously if you have a good manager highlight it and put some comments in.
Instead of spending hours avoiding work because you are demotivated give them what they want for once... comments and a real honest review.

Nobody seems to dare to score things honestly and execs continue to get decent scores so it just strokes their ego. Whether they take action or not answer the questions truthfully both numerically (give low when deserved) and write in direct comments to each question such as "HR is horrible, here is an example ......" "SLT makes horrible decisions, here is an example ......". Be direct in your scores and comments!!

At the end of the day TC and the rest of SLT will continue to reap the benefits of a slow bleed by the company. A majority of employees will continue to cling to the silly notion that things will change or improve. A majority of employees will continue to swipe their badges and be miserable.

It’s another form of their fake systems. Just like the yearly reviews, etc. it’s all facade. None of it used the way they tell us it is. It’s not real. So to Keep up appearances to appear like normal healthy work place.
