If anyone hears of layoffs for Q4 please post here with location. Hearing of some changes in the UK org but unsure if others are hearing of layoffs too.

update as of 08/11 in Belgium, layoffs have officially stopped. There's no "voluntary layoff" package.
You know its a problem when certain people are becoming presales managers. Top talent being laid off and those with under 6 months of experience are being promoted fast

Whatever the context is, there ARE meetings happening / scheduled in France and Italy about VSP. Fact.
Last week and this week. It can be argued that there is a VSP process going to happen very soon….

@pdx+1psNiIi4 I feel your pain.Its a really toxic and horrible place to work at the moment and it looks like it will only get worse.
Senior management really dont care and Tell Dell was a complete waste of time.
But we have been told AI will save us all.
With the push online I can only imagine that cuts are on the way in large numbers at the end of Q4.I have also hinted at a voluntary lay off and this was brushed off.
It seems they want rid but just not yet on the off chance systems dont work.
Which no doubt they wont.
I can only hope, I've tried everything, including asking HR including multiple cases highlighting problems with promotions vs performance, quotas, lack of actual leadership ect to see if it moved me up the target list and nothing.
