You should absolutely be contacting these new employers and Anonymously letting them know what stand up people their new hire is… hahaha. But seriously we all should be. Who have you see and where did they end up? I know of only one and they took a significant drop from the heights they reached here at Intel

job market is still bad unless you were way high up. Im seeing more director and VP getting jobs fast. Also the Design side is more valuable.
