I’m watching people slowly leave this company. But at the same time, seeing no real effort from management to fill these vacancies. As if they are intentionally pushing people out. I can see why, someone leaving on their own is much easier than trying to PIP them out illegally or lay off. I honestly hope CommScope reaches a point where the loss of talent impacts the company so deeply that they are unable to recover.

It's a soul-less company and any remaining employees are canon fodder for next round of layoffs or sell of a business segment. It's so upsetting as they don't even pretend anymore when read about the vast slt bonuses/shares been issued while there are decent hardworking employees struggling to keep financially afloat and been mistreated in the process
We all need to face the truth. Chuck was hired to break up the company, sell off the pieces, and save Carlyle losing their entire investment in COMM. We are all going to get nothing but pain from this process. It's not about us or for us. They will squeeze costs and whip the horses right up to the breaking point as long as it helps the spreadsheet numbers. This just isn't a real company anymore -- it's days are numbered. The products will live on but under someone else's ownership and many of us will disappear in the process.
Since Arris acquisition.this is 100% what has been happening. Then cs trying to force the extra works loads onto remaining staff and even expect employees to work out of hours for noting extra.so only assumption is they making conditions so bad , that employees will leave and there be no legal repercussions. Deplorable way to manage a company and people .
