RP exit stage door left. RP should have been treated as a data science project so we could have "failed fast". Unfortunately she stayed on too long and never delivered anything.

There is nothing enjoyable or healthy about this job, this culture, or this company. Toxic doesn't even begin to describe it.
We lost some good people but way too many bad people still employed. A culture that emphasize on politics over competency and results. People who do well can be a threat to others. Good luck RP. You will be missed.
