Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Best companies to move onto?

It’s a sh1t show over at Cisco so I’d avoid going there. Any other networking companies doing better than Juniper?

Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Ruckus, extreme? Any insite if the grass is greener at these companies?

The Sales led model at PAN & Fortinet will be a breath of fresh air for those at Juniper. No interference from unqualified bean counters. Tough competitive environments for sure but rewarding

Of course you will have to work hard at Arista. Good places to work generally have a work hard culture. You cannot coast (like in Juniper/Cisco) and expect that the customer would be a leader. Both Juniper and Cisco had a work hard culture in 1990s and they were very successful back then. In Cisco/Juniper most people do busy work.

@2ctq+1uvH37Gn: Never worked at Arista or Palo Alto, however these companies seem to be having hyper growth and looks like they are leaders in their space.

Why are you negative on Arista? At least is it better than Cisco/Juniper?
