It was a ghost town at the Houston office today. The only people I ran into were contractors who are still in the dark about their roles going forward apart from a “business as usual” directive.
It’s only bad if they keep you but you wanted a severance pay.
@2gif+1vT0FFhn who are these managers and supervisors? The Completions and Production Engineering Managers are already gone.
It Seems that managers or supervisors in the EF ousted their direct employees and kept themselves as transition roles
@2cmw+1vT0FFhn Agreed! You actually end up getting a higher severance payment at the end of it.
There is really no need to worry if you get a transition role you get your severance as well and you stay full time awhile longer. No one should be stressing! I only see the positive!
Wrong
Nobody that’s in the Bakken field got cut.
Are the Bakken cuts in the field? Houston staff haven't been contacted yet.
Hardly anyone in the Balkan got straight axe’d. almost everyone it seems got at least a transition role and probably hired full time eventually or they just got a straight full time gig.
Bakken got butchered. Lots of transition roles. COP doesn’t have a game plan.
Got the sevy and couldn’t be more stoked!
This is the end. This is the end, my friends.
Any initials or departments on who we know so far that isn’t here anymore?
