They just announced their own layoffs, so not sure about job security
I worked there. It was horrible. Do not recommend.

Not exactly a head-scratcher. As an analogy, being laid off by Nike shouldn't preclude an employee from taking a job at Adidas or another shoe/apparel manufacturer, especially if their primary skill set is unique to that industry or space and the layoff was a function of mismanagement at one firm that doesn't extend out to the rest of the industry.
Yes, why would someone who was laid off by an edtech company be interested in job openings at another edtech company? That truly is a head-scratcher!
I don't fully understand the concern with Noodle here, especially if you've just been shown the door. Someone please explain it to me.
