@1zyh+1srls8z1 Yes, all the “lazy” people who want to use the time off that was sold to them at time of hire, have a work-life balance, and not dedicate their lives to some meaningless, failing corporation are _such_ burdens, right?
You know… 2Udx would be wise to require 7 day work weeks. Really weed out all this bottom feeders, am I right? Show ‘em who can really lick a boot like a good robot and who’s a softie for their families and mental health.

There have been no announcements here yet to at least Director level leadership. This was implemented during 2020 with Covid and was never supposed to be a forever thing. The fact that upper level leadership has felt pressured to continue it is ridiculous. Last year it added up to 7 full days of additional pto - and yet people still complained they didn’t have enough unlimited paid time off bc over 20 days needed to be skip level approved (and nearly always is) - not to mention all the other holidays off and a week during winter. People need to get a grip- asking this question repeatedly when everyone has been told repeatedly that they would know when a decision was made. I hope they decide no. Use your upto - that’s what it’s there for- and you get a lot of it.
When I was working, I came in every Saturday morning for 4 hours to make sure I hit my numbers. My my....how the times have changed. I was basically working Half day every day for years....because I got all my work done between 9am-1pm. I would be worrying about finding another job if I were you. You will not make close to anything as the highly inflated managers make here at another job without any useful skills.
When I was there, my director said it best:
“Half day Fridays aren’t that exciting because most people do fu-k all on Fridays anyway”
I never worked a full Friday. Hate me all you want, but 2U was a cussssshy gig.

Most likely no Fridays or any other day for that matter. since we are going under.
