Sadly, due to the brainwashing that took hold back in the 90’s, this company of long standing buffoons in management are clueless on how to express gratitude. They drone on and on about how thankful they are, but fail to express exactly “what” they are thankful for. A “thank you for showing up and doing what you do every day for our customers” is one of the most insincere textbook lines of all time. They are so out of touch and removed from the work they can’t site one example of the pain points this company has created. “We know it’s been a hard year”? Really? Tell me more. We all know when someone really cares as we can feel it. All we feel with these clowns is trickery and BS. Merry Christmas anyway to the multi million club.

How many people from the 90's are even left in the company anymore? Most have retired or been rubbed out.

The culture of Allstate is so toxic and poisonous due to the trail of egomaniac and co--y cretins that have held leadership and management roles in this company. So many years of senior and mid level leaders so far out of their league that it has ruined the very base of this company. The mid level and front line leaders in place now have been so ruined and brainwashed into thinking that this is actually a normal way a company is ran that they push and peddle the same repeated issues and problems. There are a few that know this company is a complete disaster but they toe the line just to keep their unwarranted and overinflated six figure paychecks. Anyone who actually takes pride in their jobs at Allstate would not make it in almost any other corporation. I would myself would be a fool to leave this company as I have enough time in for a nice big severance and these fools pay me a decent level salary to simply not care and give half effort and they take what I give them. And my approach is a result of the very toxic environment that they create.
He comes across as pathetic everytime he presents to the company. Very tough person to like. Strange choice for CEO.
This is the 2023 PDS for the executive suite
The similarities of the CEO, Clark Griswold works for in the movie “Christmas Vacation” closely resembles that of Allstate’s very own Tom Wilson.
I will admit - Tom Wilson's video holiday message to the employees makes me want to pu-e every year...such insincerity !
Haha. Gotta love it when posts like this hit a nerve of the trolls and mods and “ buffoons” OP too close to the truth eh?
