Yes, since they're among the rest of the 54 countries that will be notified post-closure.

**Only 6 countries (US, Canada, India, Taiwan, Singapore and UAE) were notified pre-closure.

I think the consultation period is only for layoffs, offer letters can be sent (starting) on Monday.

Got a bit of a fright earlier when I clicked on to VMware.com and then locations. Cork was gone.
Then I realised only the original Broadcom sites were showing.
They probably haven't updated the site yet.

But yeah, can't see offers being made until January.

Ireland has to undergo a mandatory consultation period of up to 60 days so it's likely that the letters will be sent in January.
This is what was communicated today by my manager in Cork.
