@4mai+16nALv1y Boo hoo... I don’t feel a bit sorry for the liquidators, they must all be mo–ns if they choose to do business with Transform/Sears or any other company that doesn’t pay its vendors.

Seems like there's contention between liquidators and TransformCo about getting paid again, because Eddie's promises haven't been worth a warm bucket of spit. Last time out, they weren't paid and were within hours of walking away until the forced Innovel sale happened.
Last time it seemed to take another week for the store people to mention something about it then another week after that to see job postings.

The ugly sweater inventory supply appears to be unlimited.
Does this mean we're going to have even more Xmas inventory on top of the mountains of Holiday junk we didn't sell last year? We have more Christmas stock than in season stuff.
There is lots of christmas inventory left from previous years. KMarts last Christmas....

Speaking of being off topic, is there any update to the aforementioned announcement(s)?
Retail Way is a fun and interesting group. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they were proactive in obtaining this info. Too bad people have to attempt to bring other groups down in an effort to make their own lackluster group look good.
The Hometowns say Sears out front. Those are closing too? I thought small stores are the future of the company. :-/
How do you know if you store is closing? Walk outside, look at the name on the front, oof it says Sears or Kmart it’s closing!

Anything is possible.....but we will just have to wait and see until the list is made public instead of speculating.
Kmarts in Long Beach and/or Costa Mesa, Ca? All the Florida Kmarts? Can't wait to find out. Yay!

A bunch of stores are wrapping up about now, so not too surprised. Will what little is left of the Innovel money last long enough to pay them I wonder?
