Most of the folks who work in this company are just doing their jobs and unaware of the lawsuit or the continuing borderline criminal behavior by a few.
There are also a few individuals who have access to the data and are surreptitiously using it for their own gains. There are a few in TX and heard from a former colleague that one of the senior guys in CO is taking early retirement. No one will believe that this guy is using the company's data - dude appears very nice and respectful. Well , the perfect con always looks like this. He can run but he can't hide.

The problem goes deep.
There are some old timers in Epsilon who have direct access to all the data. They can connect all the dots and use that to their advantage ( think about using it for their own businesses to the extreme of selling that data to the dark market). That's why these guys have been fighting tooth and nail against any technology modernization - all the while acting they are the heros.
I doubt if the parent company, Publicis, even knows about the depth of the rot.
The SEC should run a full deep investigation into this company and start throwing a few of those culprits in jail.
This is the problem with allowing these companies to collect so much personal data.
There are always data leaks - unintentional or intentional. The effect of the common man is the same. Opens us up to dentity theft, fraud ...
Have you ever wondered how the fake call centers in India get to huge chunks of our personal data ( phone and email) ? ?
