Has anybody heard of any coming layoffs due to the FH integration, inflation, or recession?
@2Rpxs+1dLbWGKW - that's because HR doesn't want to engage with poor performance issues. They prefer to tolerate poor performance and bad management rather than do their jobs. When they do engage, it becomes a blame the victim game. It took me 3 years to get rid of a sub-par performer and no I only use contractors because you can get them out quickly.
Still not cutting the low performers though.
Yes another large round of cuts is imminent in the Canadian IT division’s any day now to be announced…
