…I think we are way past that point now.
This is just a last ditch effort to get the remaining workforce to take the strain of a failing management & their every decreasing circles.
The only good thing that will come out of this will be their bonus packages.
No cuts will be able to make up for a failing order book.
Polish your CVs Guys, you know it makes sense.

They are twisting arms to get everyone to accept the cuts, using fire and rehire as a we-pon. They did this to us at Brent Avenue a few years back. We refused to sign, were fired and rehired , then took them for unfair dismissal. Probably not worth the risk now with the current workload.
