We are in P3 and IT already has an insurmountable budget challenge thanks to Finance making sh*t up.Big layoffs coming sooner than expected. See how far the business gets with a gutted and outsourced IT dept.

Staples need to ditch the DEI cr-p its crushing the company and running it into the ground and probably costing us a cr-p ton of money. There are people in higher positions that have no business being in them and this company is only going to get worse.

Best interest at heart yeah right GO F*** YOURSELVES, If you all truly believe that then why sc--w us over year after year with a so called merit increase? That is what you all truly think of us and how much we are worth to you all. We are the ones who actually make this company what it is not the SLT, there is zero consistency with you all and i am pretty sure you all still got your huge bonuses while the rest of us are struggling to pay bills and put food on the table. You get what you pay for do you really think a 1% raise and being constantly sc--wed over just to line your pockets with more money makes us want to work any harder for you all. It is demoralizing and does not motivate us at all to go the extra mile or put in the extra effort.

This is so tone deaf. “Stop complaining you serfs”. That’s all I hear. Perhaps the poster should sit down and reflect on why anyone here should be positive. This company is S&$t. Wages are stagnant and they tell us we are family. I’m so sick of it. Pay us what we are worth or close!

you guys need to fire every buyer you have and reimagine the inside of the store......if the US postal service gets privatized...you have real estate all over.. I would look to UK Royal Mail for the Business model...............this is the best free advice your corp will ever get.................your buyers have to go...reinvent your brand...
