Saw this on LinkedIn today, what a joke! I don't work at Kyndryl anymore, but I remember my time there and it was brutal. Leadership constantly switching to the next big thing, reorgs every 3 to 6 months, managers who didn't have a clue about what was going on internally or on projects, and a workforce with very low morale. And now "Most Loved Workplaces." Maybe things turned around quickly, lol. I don't think so.

Didn't work for Good but was on his weekly calls for a while. Wow is this guy full of himself. Definitely made women cry. If I had to hear about what a great patriot and basketball star he is one more time!!!!!! OMG!
@61g No, it's not goode when someone harasses professional women to the point of breakdown. Not goode at all. Got away with it for a looooong time too.
@60c this is not Goode, Jon.
wow, business dev posts keep getting deleted regarding making women cry.
I'm not getting good, good , good, Good vibrations.
Everything I try to post regarding he who makes it uncomfortable for others - gets deleted.
Can the forum admin kindly explain why they ve deleted last 5 posts in this thread here??? Were they threatened by KD or what?
@24c yep, anonymous, haha, I remember that very well. All new that it's not anonymous, even technically, but at least only at HR level it stays.
At the moment when I couldn't help myself any longer, I've put an honest comment in the text field, my line manager played that against me, just slightly rephrased wording, and prepared nice paper trail as to have me put on the layoff list. What a survey!
Delaying vendor payments again even after the SEC investigation started. The company must be in a serious trouble with the financial reporting.
@228,
yep "anonymous" survey's that are tracked at the organization and front line manager level. Questions are curated to get optimal answers and don't allow for actual feedback.
It isn't based on mandatory surveys by employees, which supposed to be anonymous but no employee believes this so they give Kyndryl the highest notes but it's nowhere near to what they really think
The only way I understand this is that kyndryl's not that good, everywhere else at a similar size is just that bad.
While you’re stuck on the bench or working for pennies, the company is handing out thousands of free shares to management just to stop them from jumping ship.
Was this supposed to be the good company?

5 managers in 9 years . Looks like a "strategy" for peoples manipulation. Peoples rotation seems is the small part ow well known "Kyndryl way". I often joked, saying - "Vacations over 3 weeks should be banned, because when I come back I won't recognize my manager and most of my colleagues". This company is full of little tricks that seem to be part of people's indoctrination.
@vn
I had a similar experience — 8 managers in 4 years in one stretch. In another period, the manager who hired me into the dept was laid off within 3 months, and we received a complete id--t as replacement.
That said, this environment of management (director level and up) who are just used to job-hopping positions to max out the gain and leave turns toxic fast — and normally the loyalty of people who are hands-on and actually get things done is completely devalued.
I lost any appetite to explain my aspirations when the 3rd change of line manager happened. It just became meaningless — pure theatre of visibility.
@vn this is a good point you make. guys listen here, its new management EVERY month, its ridonculous
I was there for 3 years and I had 8 Managers in that time, it was 3 major reorgs. These guys dont have a clue how to run a business.
Compared to peer companies like DXC, the report may be accurate.
'Best Place to Work' designations are acquired through 'pay to play' organizations.
It's not a bad place to work at. Maybe a bit of recent drama but it's decent and better than it was at IBM,
I recently looked at the reviews for Kyndryl on Google Maps and was surprised to see 5-star ratings from two of my former colleagues. They left the company over two years ago—so why would they leave if they were so satisfied? I have heard from other peers that negative reviews are being deleted, likely at the owner's request. Do not trust these ratings. I wouldn't be surprised if some employees are being forced to post positive feedback. The company is in a much worse state now than it was 2–3 years ago. I wouldn't recommend a job here to anyone who wants to keep their sanity.
Worthless window dressing.
