Not sure if the packages vary with each round but curious what it looks like for this round if you been on board for example, 5, 10, 20yrs? Is it standard across the board?

Depends on the location. Ireland for example is 6weeks per year capped at 17.33 years (so capped at 2 years pay). Tax rules means it's worth more than that in the end as you dont pay full tax on all the payout.
26 weeks is way too much,its sc--wing the stock holders. Dell oesnt owe you anything

US is 2 months plus a week for every completed year maxed out at 26 weeks. Wish we had stronger worker rights and got that 18 months some countries require.

18 months pay and 90% of IBP is what I got out of it.

2 months pay + 1 week for every year worked capped at 26 weeks. 75% of your expected bonus
