Flexibility

Wish you had the flexibility to leave at your lunch time and work the rest of the day at home.

It's a barter. They aren't the king. I am doing business with them. I trade my time in exchange for money. I can pick and choose what company policies I want to follow to a limit and set boundaries. If they don't like it then we don't have a deal and move on.

You are absolutely right, employers like Schwab need to remember that the employee/employer relationship is not a one-way street.

What makes you so special that you can bend the rules? Schwab is your employer and you do what Schwab says or you’re out. Very simple concept people are not understanding. They pay you to work and follow company policy.

I go in when I want and go out when I want. If they want to fight that then I leave and they deal with the problems. End of story.

No. I want to work from home if the tasks permit it. Period. Commuting in to commute out costs me the same unpaid time and unpaid costs. My team is exhausted at 8AM. Great for performance. FRW

Might help to beat rush hour traffic, but then might be difficult to restart work again once you're back home. Just let people work from home period, ge-z!
