Glad there is thorough interview process and a HR department, otherwise gullible people will believe all the racist rhetoric posted here on this forum.

Domestic WFH contractor here. I work with a lot of Indian contractors and every one of them has been friendly and competent.

This is great. I’m with one of the companies CVS colleagues complain about to. So yes you cvs people are stupid, we laugh at you all the time but happy to take your money. Most of you are racists, hate Indians, fat, lazy and slow. You don’t know anything about technology which is how we got here in the first place.
So funny, you are calling the people from Cognizant and TCS unintelligent hacks but all the CVS colleagues they are brilliant! More like all of you are “brilliant id--ts”. I’m a contractor and coming here to tell of you CVS id--ts what us contractors think of you is the best part of my day.

Nice joke. All the contractors come from body shops like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and Telgu consultants. Ton of fake resumes, unintelligent, and unprofessional guys who hire their ugly wives eventually, convert incompetent contractors to FTE and the cycle goes on.
Look at the state of IT. Being kind isn’t a reparation for H1B shadiness and nepotism. Were/are you a contractor?
Have you ever been to an IT building? For instance the Phoenix office. If you have you would know exactly what "R" is talking about. They're the majority and everyone else in that building is the minority. They al sit together at lunch and meetings.
Yes, there are non Indians that do ask to join them and I frequently hear them turning away with an excuse just to wind up seeing them eating with their group of friends that they eat with everyday.
They close their selves off to everyone else which is fine but the problem is it bleeds over into meetings. They're the majority in meetings and they gang up on other non Indians. I even seen them do it with the Pakistans employees.
My point is both sides of the pigments can be racist. It's just if you are white you can't say nothing because it makes you an automatic racist. So, when I do come across an analyst or IT who is Indian and not acting like the rest of their herd it's refreshing. And visa versa for the Caucasians, Hispanics, Latino's etc

@1owh+1uXRK7N0 What is this high school? Why would they sit together at lunch? Did you ever ask to join them or for any of them to join you for lunch? Maybe they sit together because of all the racist BS they receive. I eat with my contractor colleagues all the time.
What's funny to me is how they always sit together at lunch. They don't try to branch out to eat with other colleagues. Then again maybe they sense the rasism. It's a catch 22.
My experience is mixed. I work with some really good analyst and some really bad IT. Some are FTE and others temps.
I don't think as a healthcare company we shouldn't be hiring offshore period. It's bad enough we are being hacked twice a year.
Anonymous posts really bring out the racism. I work with very intelligent, hard working and kind contractors. Why are you taking your anger out on the individuals when it’s the executives that choose to use contractors?

Tuesday will come soon enough, and you will hear a sound at your desk. As your attention diverts from your computer screen to look up at your cramped cubicle wall the sound of the florescent lights combines with the mindless stares of contractors looking down at you. Blank stares and Blinking at the exact same time, they have multiple questions for you.
