2 years in, transfer agency. Mass exodus last year, still not recovered. Division feels held together with tape.
No raises year one across the board. Carried the team year two, trained every new hire, de facto team lead. Review came back as a 2/5, no raise, no promotion, nothing. Actively crafting my escape plan.
How is anyone actually surviving this place?

Dst has poor management. If your a threat to them, can do their job, they don't want you to advance
DST = D-mb Stupid Toms
If your in a relationship with your manager (married or not) you have job security and will recieve a nice raise each year. Its been like this since 1979.
If you got a 2, you're on your way out. Start looking at new opportunities.
whats the department name?
What is the exact name of your area? Transfer agency could be 5 different areas
Your experiencing the exact same treatment many others have since the 1980's. What would be considered stellar performance at other companies it pooop-poooped at DST and no good. Its best toi leave suddenly like I did and then those that depend on you each day realize their mistake in not taking care of you. DST = Dont stay there
