This person sounds like this GE worker is so far up his bosses backside it isn’t funny. Sounds like this person is identifying as a backside li---r. Sounds like this person like the fact and accepts the fact that GE makes millions and billions and is afraid to fight for a chunk of the Corporate wealth. This person must like making $10 less than the pre 2011 contract meanwhile inflation is going up. This person must of came from making $10 an hour and has a big ego now because this person gets to drive into these gates in amazement how this person got so lucky to make $10 less an hour now but $15 more an hour than his last job. Now this person has ALL THE ANSWERS. Well here is one yes vote! To many scared chicken droppings these post 2011 workers are! Keep getting walked all over!

@6ygh+1m74iPZV- it feels good knowing that I work with a bunch of afraid people who have no guts. It’s a great feeling knowing that any of them would dime one of us out to get ahead.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Looks like 70+% of your 'members' are up GE's backside! Seems like the union is limp, powerless, useless. How does it feel to have you 'brothers' turn on you??
The National doesn’t want a strike because they would have work and fight the fight.
@1gpl+1m74iPZV- Good point but that is what brining in a Union is. Stand together like the old membership did. But you see the company knows and has the union divided and half are scared to loose this job and don’t understand we are protected if we fight to close the gap. We keep voting yes to high healthcare costs, not to close the gap like every other production Plant in the US GE is making out like crazy and the floor is too weak minded to understand that. We pay dues for this reason fair and EQUAL representation. How is making $10 less that the D’s fair and equal? Well now a lay down and roll over like a chump mindset you have this is why I’m still voting NO. YOUR WEAK AND SCARED! Your on the companies jock strap. I grew up in Schdy and went to some tough schools and learned don’t roll over like a chump ever.
I'm all for a better standard of living but believe it's up to me to do that for myself by bettering myself. Not by keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that a chance will be granted to me by some contract that renews every so many years and gets voted. That's too much power that controls me in the hands of others.
You see? @1zew+1m74iPZV Look at what this scared union member has wrote! Must of came from the bottom of the hiring list and is a little weak and scared. This member doesn’t want to better their standard of living. Unless it improved from what they had before GE about $15 more than GE was paying them.
Guys go ahead and vote no. GE is daring you to, and would love love love to take all your work and move it to cheaper labor countries like Hungary, Korea, even to the south (heard they were looking again). Apparently you didn't want to work during Covid because you felt your jobs weren't important but you think voting no will have any impact on GE?
Nothing will change here to many yes members on the floor working. Afraid to vote no me for one if I do not like this contract I am using my one vote as a NO! But one vote does not change the fact the the membership is weak and cry’s but afraid to stand up and change it with their one vote!
