They have a well thoughtout hybrid program, the 3-2 program. They like it. They want us to commit to this so we all come into a vibrant and fun office experience. We will think about our program in mid January, and convert us to to a RTO fiver program.

Nobody likes or wants 3 days in office, much less 3 SPECIFIED days in office. The trust is gone.
Love how they always frame it as “Honor YOUR commitment”………as if this wasn’t their edict. We did not choose this. It is a policy. A rigid policy.

I guarantee rick won’t make one of his first big actions as CEO a wildly unpopular compulsory 5 day rto. Not that it’ll never happen, but definitely not right away.
