Are folks leaving Intel getting the trade secret acknowledgment (TSAF) form signed by manager? It is one of the top items in the leaving Intel checklist on Circuit and is required for rehire to Intel. My manager had no clue of this form and is asking the HR.

Test Program Set & Test Procedure Specification. While it was a real document at some places, it's a joke and doesn't apply to leaving Intel. It was made famous by the comedy movie, "Office Space".
I only got the workday release form cr*p.
My manager sent it to me. I had to sign it before they would release any severance pay is what I was told.
Likely your manager just learned of a checklist and forms to complete your Last Day of Enployment checklist
Since we aren’t good at routinely firing per performers, our managers don’t get good at the basic things
Admittedly this is a layoff job elimination scenario, you may just not be good enough to keep above a higher line this time around
They are not rehiring anyone so please don’t keep your hopes up on that. And why the he-l would even want to be rehired?? Place is falling apart and only getting worse. You want to go through all that again?

I get TSAF as its listed in the checklist but what is TPS?
Fill out the TFAS and the TPS report or you cannot be re-hired.
It's not required anymore.
Intel has no trade secrets worth protecting.
It's on the LDO checklist. Checklists never work for ensuring a process is followed.
Let me guess, your manager is from Ocotillo? I'm pretty sure that every manager at that site from grade 3 - 10 is borderline re--rded. Same site where the psycho with a bat beat another employee to death. The guy was a blue badge who had a violent criminal record before being hired.
The TSAF is completed in workday now and the signatures are all digital - your manager should go through it with you. No surprise though if your manager doesn't know what to do... there is no actual training for managers for anything at Intel.
I don’t believe i received this form. Does everyone get it? Thanks
LOL... YES!! You definitely are required to sign the TSAF & your manager is a d-mb a$$.
And yet the manager was deemed “skilled” and retained, while they laid off people.
