Has anyone else gotten their PEP info? Or is it happening this week?

PEP’s were given to managers 7/15, so if you haven’t heard anything, then ask. They have the info, but not everyone got a bump. Most got around 3%, with specific roles also receiving RSU’s as well. It was not the greatest cycle, but given all circumstances it’s not bad either.
Let's start with that. If you're not having 1:1s with your manager at least once every two weeks, then address that first.
I’m happy that loser leaves me the F alone.
There aren't any communication regarding to PEP from top down. Cricket and July is almost done.
That's on your manager. They are neglecting to share information.
As a manager, I have tons of emails, and meetings, specifically for PEP and its process.
Most recent on 19 Jul that says specifically "communicate [...] pay decisions to employees starting today through July 31", with examples of verbiage for various situations.
You all know you can just ask your manager, or send an email to HR right?
Absolutely true. There seems to be a correlation on making weird complaints on TheLayoff and not receiving any timely information from their manager.

If you have a regularly scheduled 1:1 for later this week, your manager may just be waiting until then to share the information.
50% Bonus paid in September based on Financial and DEI goals, does anyone know what they are and how we are performing against them?
And is there a suggestion that may mean bonus is not paid out after FY24 by Broadcom hence the half year 50% payout?
The worst merit increase I have seen since I started with the company.
... is there a half annual bonus due in Sep?
Yes
Can I just ask... is there a half annual bonus due in Sep?
Had mine today. 2.6%. It’s a joke. Worst I have ever had in my working career at any company. With inflation at current levels it really is a kick in the teeth. They can’t use the acquisition as an excuse as it’s business as usual, the CEO even said so!
I guess keeping salary lower makes it easier to find a comparatively paid job.
@1yht+1nKUOc49 - There aren't any communication regarding to PEP from top down. Cricket and July is almost done. This site provide better and more honest replies, best of all even works on weekend too. So, down vote for you !! Right ?
Gotta love how this has become the unofficial HR site for VMware.

lower % than usual but RSU's more than usual clearly designed at retention with a "dump" clause if you are made redundant you get 25% of them even if not vested
Yes it’s out. Lower than previous.
Yes lower than previous years but given the looming merge, can’t complain.
I have not gotten mine.
