I can't wait to leave this place. Possible severance is the only thing that's still keeping me here.

The senior management team is incompetent.
I assure you that if you volunteer to your manager, he or she would appreciate it. They would rather not lay off people involuntarily.
I realize it is 25% my pay cut with no Bonus, no 401k match, 1 weeks unpaid time-off.
This triggers me to resign which I wish for long.

Totally agree. For those who work like a dog and add value, it’s not acceptable to essentially take a pay cut while ki-ling ourselves every day. This cut is purely about share price manipulation.
If I don’t get laid off I’ll resign.
I wonder how they would feel about volunteering to be laid off? Maybe they could save someone’s job who actually wants to be here?

There are people praying to stay. So why not leave and give the people, who want to stay a chance to stay? Just for the "package". Hard to believe as your life should be more valuable than waiting for severance pay? I don't believe it.
I know several other people who feel the same way.
