This did not happen to me, but it did to a friend of mine:
The customer faked that he had a terrible service and a very negative experience. I trust her completely when she says it is a big misunderstanding and that she's never treated a customer the way that person described. If there is no misunderstanding, then someone did it on purpose for an unknown reason. Of course, she's worried about her job.
So I'm wondering if you have any experience with fake customer complaints?

Those " complaints" come from Managers and AP.. its to force you out or scare you into submission

ap you need do something better with your time then post on here fishing for that one person you are monitoring.. go get a donut or something..
