They must’ve made a mistake. Did you tell me you weren’t part of the United States of America were exempt from all layoffs.

Let’s spread the joy. Maybe, do more with less. If you’re loyal enough, and you’re the only one person. If the job requires four do it with one, look at all the overtime you’ll get.

The simpering bootlickers and their handlers are eventually exposed as a fraud.

They are against America, against democracy, waiting in the wings to bring us down. Wake up, be warned and be informed.

Honeywell is FUBAR. A once great company down the pan.
The sell off that VK has been tasked with starts next year, that will be fun.

I am not empressed by most Indian colleagues at all , many times i saw they were hired just because they had a friend or reletive working in Honeywell , this company is becoming a Indian company , full of toxic ,always talking about strategy /tatical ..and most Indians are good at talking instead of doing something , very sad ,no one care about the talent /hard working employees

odd really as Indian salary is peanuts really. maybe just getting rid of some of the hopeless as it barely makes a dent cost saving wise.
US is the easiest to cut costs when they decide to do that again -
high salary, low output & minimal rights - easy hit for #futureshaping

I worked with several developers in india, I would say half of them are unqualified for skill level. And the hiring process was questionable. One interviewer told me that couple candidates he gave "not hire" was hired later, and they barely can finish the coding challenge, what a joke.

Still, it is ongoing the movement of jobs to India just that times are a lot tougher than companies are letting on.

There have been small batches of layoffs globally every month this quarter.
I know of quite a few, they are just tiny groups though, the big stuff happens next year during the reshuffle and inevitable reaction to the incoming economic turmoil that most dimwits seem to be in denial of. Next year is going to be a perfect storm of disaster in the US, don't be surprised to see some extraordinary world events happening ;)

I wonder why India was targeted, I assume those teams serviced needs from the U.S. so having those roles was already a cost cutting measure in the first place.

Food for thought, I wonder how many roles could have been saved by getting rid of one SVP because we have fat that needs to be cut there as well.
