Quite strange to see massive hiring taking place in digital in the midst of herzo changes. Also find it quite interesting to see people relocating everywhere in digital. Not sure if board is looking at these constant moves and promotions in global digital given the fact that their scope is changing on a weekly basis….topics move around like a game of ping pong.

In HZO, people get too much money and still complain about business trip stuff. In AMS, nobody really cares. Maybe time to look who is working and who is just sleeping.
There is 2 TS in Digital for those who don’t get it. One TS left towards the end of last year.

Global digital has been a big kingdom always- be it under SZ or TS. Wonder when will this kingdom bubble burst? Is it taking time due to split into various locations?
Word is that digital moved all the positions to ams that they let go off in hzo. they were hiring all this while with herzo changes ongoing in HQ. smart move or loophole? Wish “other departments under scope” had the same option as digital. Wonder whats the future for ams location since these positions were called “obsolete” by BG.
Literally this is what it means to have layoffs that aren’t due to financial reasons.
They are shifting investment from one project into another. Digital being the new investment funded by the areas just cut.
