For all of the reasons that were posted (and taken down), and now for whining so much to the moderators of this site and making them take down a truthful post. Nothing defamatory in that post. Don't you have anything better to do Pat, like maybe manage a region full of stores? We'll see if you're an adult and can handle some constructive criticism this time.

Dude is an ass hat...and the cd in stores is a conflict for sure ...but shrink on a cd? They are gauranteed sales items or return for credit....the complaint of shrink is nonsense...shitty music is legit!

Seeing as how he's been having a very inappropriate relationship with his own regional people (one I know of personally), I'd think if he were wasting his time on this site trying to ban posts, maybe he should try and take some time to gauge his actions and understand why so many people feel compelled to give him this feedback. I'm not trying to defame the guy, he seems to be doing a great enough job of it himself. Which is why I don't get why he won't listen to people's real concerns. The arrogance runs deep in this one I guess.

I do have a piece of constructive criticism. Your band CDs are NOT NECESSARY product for these stores. We shrink this stuff over and over. We have to swallow the shrink for your music. We are NOT MAKING MONEY OR PROFIT from your music being for sale in our stores. It would be in everyone's best interest not to sell your music. Also, it's a conflict of interest and pretty unethical. As a regional President I hope that you're taking this criticism seriously, because at the end of the day it affects your bottom line too. Right?
