@1xmv+1ppxS4tu there's a reason they have inside sellers reporting to field sales leaders. Read between the lines. Slowly replace existing csg field sellers with 90k a year inside sellers.

The worst part is our BUs spend over a billion into that worthless group and since JC and the rest of them are all buddies nobody cares. Wake up JC. Understand what’s going on in your business. Couldn't agree more with the OP. I am hearing all of CSG is to go at the end of Jan. They will be combining Enterprise and Commercial to cut even more field AE's and middle managers. I am guessing at the end of 2H, we will see another 10% reduction across the board.
Developers now have license to copilot for software development. That's the extent of AI for us.
PLM with be the first to go if AI is implemented fully. But that is at least 10 yrs away.
AI is introduced as part of product, not for Company operations yet.
So all political PLM and their boss can continue to vacation and backstab non-dell team members
