How many settlements, how many bad hires, how many bad strategies can be considered accepted for this current Board? Walgreens needs a scorched earth Policy here....they all must go. And how in the h3!! Is Tracey Brown still employed???? The right prescription for Walgreens is to clean house.

Fire Tracey Brown. WNBA initiative is just another great example of how little she contributes to this company. Stores look like garbage, shelves are nearly always empty, employees unhappy, and Pharmacies unable to take care of their customers. You never saw this prior to the Roz era.....everyone she brought in (Tracey!) has helped to destroy this company. Everyone......Hsiao, Tracey, Daniel, etc. Tracey must go!!!
Just look at some of the recent posts from Board members (eg J Babiak). Did you learn nothing from sleeping at the wheel with your Roz Brewer hire? Stop pushing for DEI and women's equality. Hire QUALIFIED and CAPABLE leaders (race, gender, and s-xual preference isn't a qualifier). More importantly, show some self awareness and step down at this point .....this board has failed the shareholders and employees too many times and for too long!!!!!!

The Board members are not puppets, they are fools. They could easily have made alternative decisions than the ones they've made, perhaps said NO instead of sitting in rooms silent, AND certainly not tolerated the bad behaviors so openly being called out (by so many) for the likes of Roz, Tracey, and Hsiao. Fire them all!
Not exactly. Stefano Pessina takes advantage of failing companies to make money. The best person to compare him to would be Eddie Lampert of Sears/Kmart.
Meanwhile, Soros already had a ton of money and uses his money to buy politicians to enact policies that he likes. Most notably, the DAs he funds are in favor of cashless bail, decriminalizing moderate crime, and defunding police.

Why are the Board members not held accountable for their incompetent decision making? They are responsible for the decline of this organization and yet still are receiving inflated salaries while the vast majority of low end support staff receive the scraps if they are lucky. The Board needs a complete refresh of members!!!

Stefano buys companies and then breaks them up and sells their parts (individual parts are more valuable than the whole).
