They Don’t Care!

They do not CARE! We are all just a number to these folks. The main reason why they do not, I repeat, do not want us to unionize is because they can’t impose their nonsense on us! The union is 100% needed. That is why they dislike it. Save your pizza, monthly survey, lower quotas, and your high fives! Retail and Retail Business will unionize. Maybe cut the nepotism and put leaders with sincerity in place. I know my AD in the big apple hired his best friend from outside of Verizon. Nobody qualified internally. They’ll write me off as a disgruntled employee, let’s prove to them it’s way more than 1!

It’s hysterical! These fake leaders all have a great deal of animosity toward one another! The blame game, and culture crews begin! Mr. Nepotism has his “leaders” going around now! Too late! Knee-Jerk! We knew this was coming, remember what counsel said, document everything. The Retail2Business UNION BUSTING is coming! Such a poor example of what a leader is. Zero authenticity, and extremely selfish! Great choice VZW, now thank him for the vote. Remember our voices are amplified in the masses! United we stand strong! Come out your home Mr. Nepotism, get to know us before we unionize! Disgraceful!

Kudos to OP! Thats the way it should be, he used the word “Nepotism”. This is EXACTLY what’s going on. AT&T is Unionized too but Nobody sheds light on how their work ethic culture is way less toxic than ours’. A company like Starbucks just unionized, what does that tell ya. And ya’ll are worrying abt them dues? What are they? 25-30 bucks a month? What hppnd when they took thousands out of paychecks? Then everyone just happily stood there, speechless & took it the way they gave it us just taking advantage of the situation at hand then. This company makes record breaking profits year after year, but yes us being bottom line employees are treated like garbage, instead if we’re boot lickers who get promoted etc, thats a different story. This needs to stop & our jobs need to be protected by all means & union is the only answer. Lets DO IT!!

Peas on plate.

In their eyes, all employees are nothing more than peas on a plate to be shuffled around when needed, or thrown out when a fake budget needs to be met.

Management only cares about what is produced. These weak managers do not care about the cost their employees pay to produce results.

Verizon will cut your throat for a nickel. It’s not personal, they just want the nickel.

They take and take and take. Retirement benefits will be completely gone before we know it. First it was accessory discount and they slipped the EPP not being offered as a retirement benefit. That was a huge disappointment that the sl--e ba--s snuck in there around 5 years ago.

I want to propose a union in my territory. I don't even care if they fire me over it. I don't care to work here anymore anyway. I can find a job anywhere. Nothing to be afraid of. F em. F hans. F kb. F our systems. And F this wack a-s comp plan. This company could not cares less about their employees. And I'm here to not care less about this company in return. I work in a store with 7 reps and I know 4 would be on board with a union. Is that enough to make it happen ? Also what would be our next step ? Albany NY area here

Madness! That same AD (Mr. Nepotism) said I’ll hire anyone I want, not going to offer a position to someone that isn’t tight with me. Brags to others regarding his commissions. Get this! From home, he never goes to any stores! Sweet deal, for 15 hours a week! Verify this if you may! (That’s probably why he hired his external buddy.) “The bro code”.
