And just like that, the last benefit is out the window. Nobody in the leadership cares about productivity, we just have to look busy. Everything in this company is make believe.

I have a better poem
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Tim we all despise Walgreens and we don’t like you too. Bye!
Where are they having people return to office? Cpo?
It's supposed to be a layoff tactic without paying out a severance. There will be a few people that'll quit because of this.
Definitely describes a call center for Walgreens!
Looks and sounds like a call center.
@1xjf this is gold! thank you!!
In the halls of Walgreens, I tread today,
A return to the office, not quite hurray.
The turnstile's chime, so cold and stark,
Echoes the sentiment, a dreary mark.
Logitech keyboards, keys mushy and bland,
Typing away, with a heavy hand.
Parking spot hunt, a tedious chore,
At the lot's far end, I find no more.
Teams call with a colleague, right by my side,
Oh, the irony, no place to hide.
A lad munching away, in conference room's space,
A silent witness to the corporate race.
"Welcome to Walgreens," they say with a grin,
But it feels more like a cynical spin.
Back to the office, a bittersweet day,
Longing for home, where I used to stay.
@1gch+1rvxYvKh the cdc guidelines now considers covid to just be like the flu
Working from home is the ONLY thing that makes working for Walgreens tolerable.
Why some buildings are almost empty, but some buildings are crazy crowded?
I hope they all get covid and f*ck off.
