Osp sent to project. They don’t make any profit. There going to lay more people off. There hiring more cheaper contract labor. Upper management continues to hide because they have no courage to face us in addition they simply don’t care. Charge the sh– out of customers who shouldn’t be charged. The training for the fiber installs is a f—ing joke. They expect us to drop these things, splice the fiber and bring it up on a ladder??? And make sure it’s perfect. All in an hour!!! Get real.

They have created a “if you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying” culture by denying invoicing to ATS, unrealistic metrics, and making techs jump through so many hoops just to do their jobs. The focus has went from how can I take care of this customer to how can I invoice this without getting denied payment. It has ruined the Suddenlink culture that so many of us worked hard to build. At this point, everyone is more worried about generating revenue than doing their job correctly.

We are getting scammed in Texas as well probably by the same tactics, but who wouldn't take advantage of how Altice USA is treating it's employees and lack of experience. I am with the rest; Altice does it themselves.

Well if you know anything about the beta you would know when it's going to end... Give you a hint, the testers test the code before pushed to customers. So if they say is good they believe them.

Maybe they will actually get people that know what they are doing and not managers and supervisors that know nothing about the work we do in the field and have never even really been in the field themselves. They just bring that field service mentality in with them and treat techs like c-ap with that my way or the highway attitude.

And another thing not one tech in my Corp was allowed to beta until after we knew how bad it was and by then nobody wanted it . All out beta testers were ausa people , how do I know ? I with others did their installs .

Why don't you telk all the co-workers beta testing to actually test and provide feedback and honest feedback and not feedback where they lie cause afraid will not be able to beta test again if say truth.
Everything isn't perfect in the beginning why don't you say the same about Windows, they shouldn't have fixes and fixes. Should be perfect well nothing is perfect.
The scams even larger on the project. Techs buying there own tools and equipment. One of them are coming back rumor has it. And there coming back with a message. Techs are next. Project is not a safe place for any one either.

Scamming the company I guess is ok but is scamming customers? Like when management tells us changing outside connections is an inside connection cause eventually goes inside and has techs charging customers. Or how they have a product that needs a lot of work still (Altice one) but yet has techs charging for customer Ed. I wish customers knew and started a class action suit against them .
