ISPs are going to get nothing. So please prepare accordingly

I checked with HR people at RA. I have no reason to believe them, but they said all ISP s are eligible for this
There is no way they are going to ISP notify people and still let them come on site. That is the bottom line. It is too much of a risk.
There is no redeployment. They are reducing.
That’s right …. Put it together now….. it’s bs. Makes no sense. If you heard a friend at another company tell this about there place…. Wouldn’t you tell them it’s off and probably fake or lie ??
How does the 9 week redeployment period work? Seems ridiculous to expect people to stay and work after essentially telling them they are not needed.

From others who have been ISP'd, they said their laptops and badges were confiscated during the notification, so no security risk.
This is a very fair question, and is confusing. I agree with some who are saying “the docs say 11/15 is the last day for ISP folks” and yet you don’t fire people and keep them around for that many weeks, right?
I would bet only on the 4 + 1.5 x your_years_at_intel
And you believe them? The same guys who have been lying for years now. All of sudden they are telling you truth because the actually care about you? Come on man. What’s wrong with you? Who hurt you?
Isn't that what they said in the all company meeting?
Thank you @osu!
I do not know why some many on here are so badly confused by this.
ISP means YOU ARE FIRED. Fired employees are only shown the exit door.
Not per the documentation - you will need to be in redeployment for 9 weeks.
That said, nothing stopping them from booting you out early and paying you for the time.
ISP will get nothing but shown the door.
