Anyone know why we (at least in the UK) were paid two days early? Usually only happens when the 24th falls on a weekend. Something strange going on....

Who's next on the hit list? India, Europe or the US?
So apparently the UK customers are currently in limbo.
Oh, and I bet they're just ITCHING to re-up their contracts, just like during the bankruptcy phase. Anybody got a pen?
So apparently the UK customers are currently in limbo.
They’ve obviously been notified with regards to the actual Administration and told that a buyer for the UK operations is currently being sought by the administrators.
From the customers perspective failure to source a buyer could be catastrophic for their businesses due to their kit either being physically hosted in the Data Centres or virtually hosted in the cloud.
@7ivk+1fTnoywV Yeah mate, they’re going they administration
Anyone heard anything through the grapevine about what's happening in the UK?
@2olw+1fTnoywV Can't raise prices to the customer unless the contract gives you this option, and it sounds like ours don't.
People were let go so there's more to it than just rent and power costs.
Can't see why we wouldn't be charging for the increased energy costs if global energy costs increased.
@2pow+1fTnoywV - look at the past figures, UK has been bailing out the US for years.
UK being used to save the rest.

Would the UK be in bankruptcy if they are going so great?
To the reply about lack of sales/products, metered power, I have my opinions, but take it up with MB or MR, I’m at a point where I’m too exhausted with all of it. I think it’s time for some real honest conversations between the LT and the employees. Hiding behind a conference bridge reading a script is not leadership!
The uk have kept the company afloat for the last 8 years. So it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth
The last decent product / service they had was EAS then the numpty CTOs went Clodstack, Openstsck ignored Azure late with AWS etc.
@1wey+1fTnoywV - They've not had any decent products to sell in years. How many $ have been wasted on the likes on Cisco ACI, OpenStack, VxRail, etc. none of them fit for purpose!
Is it? Are all the competitors going bankrupt.? Or is it about the lack of sales and products.? And by the way why don’t they sell power on a metered basis like most competitors?
UK only, it’s all about power and under utilised data center space. We can’t continue to absorb the associated costs. Can’t reach agreements with landlords. Hopefully employees will not be affected.
Feel sorry for those still there :-(
Going into administration. Will be announced today.
Can someone explain in a little more detail?
The End. debt collectors in.
Beginning of the end????
because that is the last pay.
Maybe announcing the sell of RS? RS is on the chopping block, get out while you can. The whole purpose of the re-org back in Nov was to isolate RS into it's on BU in preparation to be sold.
Seems very strange that this meeting is phone only with no Teams. Wonder if there is any significance toh that?
True SG story. I was on a call one time. The PM who hosted it said, 'hold on, I'll be right back...' Said PM never came back - they'd received their walking papers during the call they were hosting.
Desk of CEO sent email at 7:35p.m. for company update call tomorrow morning. Two times to choose from, 30 minutes, both calls will be the same. No Teams, Zoom, etc., strictly a dial-in # based on your global location.
