Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Pay Rise

Wonder if Mike will tell us the pay rise figure on the call as it it's pay rise time, surely the figures have been determined by now in the short term its mid February, and in the long run Its been 18 months.

Surely he can be proactive and make a decision for the staff. Wonder if shares will also be offered so staff are partners.

So many conditions are attached to this pay rise will it ever be paid.

If you do this, if its sunny, if you can prove this, if we think we want to give you a rise, if the company can make x it may happen by june it may not....

AT&T already got their rises and bonuses. No if then buts simple pay policy rewarded every March no moving of goal posts and promises like DXC.

Don't

Compensation

It's in their name not to offer any sort of incentive to do any more than the bare minimum with those clowns.

The AMS town hall is being delayed for our safety. what a crock of sh*t! People who are having issues from the cold, snow can listen to the recording of the town hall after the fact. It's not like they answer any real questions on the calls anyway.

  1. Rasies
  2. are they happening? When ?
  3. For what area's , Levels ?
  4. what is the percent increase range?
  1. WFR when is it going to stop?

The AT&T staff have done well since leaving CSC they have made a whole load of pay rises doing the same job for DXC when DXC say they cant afford a rise.

None of them look forward to coming back to DXC, speaks volumes unfortunately.

ATT aren't here much longer, so you can stop comparing yourself to them. Some of them transition back, some won't but you won't be seeing ATT badges for long now.

Give him a fair chance, I'm sure it will be one of his main slides on the presentation as it's the most key and talked about issue in the company to staff so is high on importance and will give the stack the boost it needs.

It's just determining if the rises are going to be in the 5% to 8%+ range to play catch up.

AT&T staff who sit next to us give their staff rises and bonuses every year and they are doing quite badly in terms of financials, and Mike is aware of this so with us having stabilized the company it's just a matter of what amount to pay.
