Will there be layoffs on 1/11 and which areas will be affected?

I have received several notices of new roles and responsibilities for level 30+ so something did happen at the levels indicated. They do not mention the reason why someone all the sudden had a new title or a new expanding role... I suspect that is because the old role person has been sunset.

Grade Level 30 & 31 are considered senior leadership. You would know if you were one of them :)
Why someone would downgrade a simple question is beyond me. Must be management trolling this thread.

Gonna be 30s and 31s. Departments doesn't matter. They are doing another round for each department over the next two months or so. Every 2 weeks.
Yes Optum Health sector with layoffs. 2 30s being let go. Have not heard of any others affected as of yet.
