He’s a useless manager who hires other useless managers just like himself. On my way out, I saw the new “dream team” he put together. what a joke! 🤣 Buddy, you and everyone you brought in are a damn embarrassment. Everyone just delegates work cause they are clueless as fu-k.
This quarter is about to be record low revenue. Why else is there a hiring freeze, no travel, and vendors are bi--hing because they haven’t been paid.
Seriously look at some of these people’s LinkedIn profiles, they look like they were picked up off the street.
You can only hide for so long before everyone figures you’re a complete dum--ss.

Leadership lately reminds me of our president. When things don’t go how they like, some leaders act like children. They get emotional, raise their voices, and maybe they think it makes them look authoritative lol. It doesn’t. It just makes them look immature.

Hoping to see a turnaround in sales soon…….. Without improvement, mark my words…. MORE layoffs will come.
