Any groups you’ve seen have no work/nothing to do…as a result of the restructuring? ICG or PBWM

Yes, my department has had very little work since July. Stressful considering they implemented the "non working time" software, counting it against us, but there's nothing to do all day.
Poster @tcn+1pxcmuTR did you actually read the PowerPoint and listen to the Q3 Earnings Townhalls ?? PB and WM have the lowest percentage profit margins compared to TTS and Investment Banking.
ICG Transformation lead has no work since September 2022. In the gym/cafeteria/Starbucks throughout the day everyday.

PBWM audit was split as USPB and Citi wealth. So they are no longer together..they have said that USPB besides wealth is one of the top earned incomes across the bank
There are audits still going on in USPB, and wealth
Their just 2 separate teams now.
Not sure about PBWM HR, finance etc. It may be the same as broken out as either USPB or Wealth.
If you look at anyone within the global directory within work information and the org chart it now says USPB or wealth depending on which team their in. Only MS teams still shows PBWM, guess that will be updated when they finalize the changes in Q1 24.
What poster Post ID: @1vhm+1pxcmuTR said is called quiet quitting. Citi is sh00ting itself in the foot because its current employees are doing exactly this until they find out if Citi is laying them off. Employees will not find out until after 1Q2024 and that's in April 2024, 5 months from now.
We’ve literally been doing like 10% of normal work load we used to do before..
I'm doing as little as possible until I find out if they're keeping me.

Why would they have nothing to do? Just cause they’re reorg’d, merged, doesn’t mean they don’t have work.
Certain managers within business o&t got let go as o&t is mainly centralized

Yeah, bur what about the PBWM teams like treasury, HR, audit, finance, controllers, etc? Are these teams sitting with no work since September?
And what about ICG?
Has the fiu in aml been reorged? Any layoffs??
PBWM no longer exists because of the reorg. It is now split. It is now USPB and wealth. That was done in September.
